We want our customers to always be satisfied, and we do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you do wish to return or exchange a product, please initiate a return request with our Customer Service Team, by logging into your Effentii Account (or you can create one), or by using our Contact Form, or by emailing our support team directly at email@example.com.
Please ensure your products are unused, and in the original packaging. Our customer service team will provide you with the pickup details and other information required for your returns.
**UPDATE: Please note, due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts, shipments may be delayed. All of our shipping partners are working hard to ensure your packages are delivered as quickly as possible, but during this period, please be aware that slight delays are possible.
Our shipping and delivery partners work hard to ensure your products are delivered as efficiently and quickly as possible. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. If you have chosen Free or Standard shipping, the processing time for your order is normally between 2-4 days, and shipping times are generally between 14-28 days, though is often much quicker.
If you have chosen the Priority or Premium shipping options, processing time is between 2-4 days, and delivery is normally handled within 7-10 days. These timings will vary depending on your global location, and circumstances related to customs and import.
Effentii is not responsible for any customs fees, or additional charges levied by your import/customs authorities.
